MUS Roosevelt Capital Partners Ltd (“MRC”) is a private equity fund management company in the Cayman Islands investing in emerging, high-growth companies, mainly in the Greater China Region. MRC is focusing on companies with compelling business models and strong management team. MRC manages MUS Roosevelt China Pacific Fund LP established in June 2006 and has invested in companies mainly in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Prior to the Fund, the management team managed a captive fund namely, the Greater China Trust established in July 2004. The investment focus are mid sized companies which MRC can create value through our global expertise and network.
MRC is a joint venture between Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (HK) Holdings Co., Ltd., the securities business arm in Asia for Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (“MUFG”), the largest financial institution in Japan, and Roosevelt China Investment Corp, an affiliate of the Roosevelt Trust, from the well known and established Roosevelt Family in the United States.
